  What a fantastic experience! This was my first experience at renting a boat. I am a boating novice, as in this was my first experience of "Having my own boat" the crew at Lake Effects was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and set my fears at ease. They delivered the boat a Chaparel (I think) to the house I had rented. Some of the folks in the group I was with rented a paddle board and kayak, they delivered those along with the boat.
  
  I own my own business and strive to provide positive customer experience for all of my customers and I love to see other business working toward the same goal.
  
  Congratulations to the owners on the plan and congratulations to the employees for executing that plan!
